TIS works hard to ensure Airports can provide their passengers with a safe, comfortable take off. We produce certified professionals to inspect and manage paving operations and equipment installation. Accordingly, TIS verifies all FAA aviation equipment is installed and tested properly prior to substantial completion.

We verify completed work in each phase of construction, helping to reduce rework while maintaining the schedule.

Lighting projects can be tricky for Airports, especially considering the importance of replacing legacy equipment with new FAA-approved devices while keeping a tight schedule.

Airports function like small towns with many moving parts. TIS understands the importance of keeping everything moving, getting customers where they need to go with as little interruption as possible.

As such, TIS works with aviation administrations to help achieve their desired lighting and electrical renovations. We ensure projects move forward with minimal disruption to aviation service.

TIS has successfully managed and inspected multiple taxiway projects, including taxiway lighting.

We follow all Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) procedures for lighting quality and ensure all safety procedures are complied with during and after construction.

TIS is currently providing on-call land-side and air-side aviation construction services for John Glenn International Airport.

This project is task-order based and includes terminal upgrades and other modernization features. Additionally, the project consists of runway improvements and various lighting upgrades. There is also an emergency response contingency built into the project documents.
