TIS provides expert coatings inspection services. In fact, we’ve performed coatings inspections on over one hundred structures throughout the United States.

What’s more, we staff highly qualified inspectors who have extensive knowledge in coatings systems and paint applications. Further, our coatings inspectors are NACE-Certified. They are also certified in confined space training, Competent Person, and OSHA 10 +.

TIS provides construction inspection on different types of structures. 

Our structural inspection history includes deck replacements and new bridge construction. We have also managed post-tensioning and pier cap replacements projects. Uniquely, we are one of few firms with suspension span dehumidification experience.

In fact, our staff members are some of the first construction inspectors in the United States to have cable dehumidification experience. Our inspectors gave oversight of the maintenance and monitoring program at the Chesapeake Bay Bridge in Maryland. We have continued that experience on the Anthony Wayne “Hi Level” Bridge in Toledo, OH, performing dehumidification and oversight services.
